Corfu / Ionian Islands

Corfu: The Venetian Masterpiece

Sail beneath UNESCO fortresses, explore the 'Greek Riviera,' and discover the most cosmopolitan island in the Ionian.

A Tale of Two Coasts

The Old Town

Sailing into Corfu Town is a bucket-list moment. You anchor right under the massive Venetian walls.

The North East Coast

Known as "Kensington-on-Sea." A strip of emerald bays, luxury villas, and high-end tavernas accessible best by boat.

The Emerald Island

The greenest of all Greek islands, with cypress trees coming right down to the water's edge.

Our Pick

Must-Visit by Boat in Corfu

Our picks of Coastal Gems accessible by yacht.

Corfu Town
The Capital

The Vibe:Venice without the canals. Elegant, bustling, and historic.
The Sailor's Tip: Try to dock at Mandraki Harbor. It is located inside the Old Fortress. It is small and exclusive (members only, but they often allow visitors). If you get a spot, you are sleeping inside a castle. If not, NAOK Yacht Club is your best bet.
Why Go: To walk the 'Liston' promenade and drink ginger beer (a leftover British tradition) watching the cricket match on the town green.

agni-bay-sailing-corfu

Agni Bay
The Foodie Haven

The Vibe: Three tavernas, a pebble beach, and dozens of yachts anchored offshore.
The Sailor's Tip: This is famous for its shoreline dining. The tavernas (like Toula's) have private jetties. Call ahead to reserve a 'lazy line' for your yacht, and you can step off your stern straight onto the restaurant deck.
Why Go:For the most famous seafood lunch in the North Ionian.

Kalami
The Literary Bay

The Vibe: Peaceful, green, and steeped in history.
The Sailor's Tip: This was the home of Lawrence Durrell. You can anchor in the deep blue water and see the famous 'White House' (which is now a restaurant). It offers excellent protection from the NW wind.
Why Go: To see the real-life setting of 'The Durrells' TV show.
